While we find ourselves in uncertain times, we want to ensure that you are kept up to date with the
immediate decisions and future preparations Auva Certification is taking in response to the Covid-19
pandemic. The health and safety of our staff, consultants, clients, and suppliers from across the world is
of the upmost importance to us, and the basis for all our decisions.

We would like to reassure you that Auva Certification has robust business continuity processes and
procedures in place. We have a highly skilled team of certification experts and auditors located across
the world that are continuing operations within the limits of their Government restrictions and the
International Accreditation Forum (IAF) requirements.

We are also utilising technology to conduct remote certification auditing for clients where possible.
While this is not ideal, it means that in part, we can continue auditing processes to meet your ISO
certification requirements. Maintaining certification is obviously a key concern for clients at this time.

The Auva team has done a fantastic job over the last six months and continue to do so. The growth of the
business exceeded expectations. We are using this time to further improve and enhance our services and
also continue to push for our ultimate goal of being one of the first carbon neutral certification bodies.

Our recent newsletter is a great way for us to share information and knowledge about what is happening within
the ISO certification industry, keeping you up to date with regulations, deadlines and our own services
and developments within Auva Certification. It also provides us with a platform to share success stories
about our clients. We hope you find it interesting and welcome any feedback you may have.

I was saddened that my recent trip to England needed to be cancelled, I was looking forward to
presenting certificates to our worthy clients and visiting some of their facilities, this will be high on my
agenda when safe travel permits.
