UKAS has performed our reassessment for ISO 17021, which is the standard that allows us to issue accredited certificates for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
On the 30th January our UKAS reassessment started, and over a four-day period a total of four auditors attended our office. Like all our clients, we get audited at least once a year, if not more. We know how hard it can be to have someone else question and check everything you have done to ensure you comply with the requirements.
UKAS raised a number of findings which we are sure will help us improve our systems and the overall delivery of our service.
The Auva team were exhausted by the end of the fourth day, but we are delighted to have been recommended for our accreditation to be renewed!
Just like our clients, we have to submit our corrective actions for closure which our team is currently working on. We always welcome opportunities to improve, and reassessments ensure that we continue to be competent, impartial and the results of our audits are consistent.
