Behind the Scenes-The ISO Audit Appeals Process
In the second part of this series we are going to look at the appeals process which is a little unknown process within ISO Certification.
An ISO assessment can be performed and you disagree with certain elements or decisions that have been made, including the decision to not grant certification.
Every Certification Body has an appeals process which is open to any client organisation to use, there is a defined process set out which must be followed.
This training event will take a look at the appeals process:
- What is an appeal
- Why is this communicated during opening and closing meetings
- what can you appeal against
- How to make an appeal
- who reviews the appeal
- what are the possible outcomes from an appeal
This event will be delivered by Terry Westley, one of our in house experts and you will have the opportunity to ask questions.
