Understanding Interested Parties
This training session will be held virtually.
Interested Parties is a misunderstood requirement within ISO 9001 but should be a focal point for any quality management system.
Understanding your interested parties needs will help drive customer satisfaction and improve internal processes including awareness. Your interested parties should include your internal personnel also and will help with staff retention and morale if implemented correctly.
We hold these quick events in 30 minutes, allowing you to jump in during your lunch break and gain a good understanding of the requirements.
