As with any audit, we will need the responsible person(s) to be available throughout. We will also need relevant people for the different activities / responsibilities within your organisation as required. We will also need to have access to ‘top management’ for leadership input. These personnel may dial in or join the audit as required.
We will need you to make available for review management system documents and records as required. This may be via screen share, email or access to systems such as dropbox or SharePoint.
Where a site tour is required, this may be facilitated via a video call or using a webcam.
Your auditor will contact you prior to the audit in order to discuss and plan with you. Part of this will be agreeing the ICT to be used, but will also confirm the timings, personnel and documents needed as well as answer any queries that you may have on the process.
